What are the Camp hours?

Typically 10am to 3pm for each day, however check with your event for specific times.

What happens after I book online?

You will receive an email confirmation and receipt. Please bring this on 1st day of camp/event, either on your mobile device or printed. Email may take a day or two to arrive but if you haven’t received it please contact us.

Can children be grouped with their friends

Yes, grouping can be arranged to suit age, ability and friends — just let us know the names of any friends that are attending when booking. And don’t worry if there are no friends attending — new friends will be made at camp!

What should my child bring to the camp

Football boots and shin guards to be worn at all times, a full water bottle and sun protection as needed. A light lunch will also be provided daily. Players to please remove any watches, jewellery, fitbits, wristbands or any items that may cause harm to other players.

Can parents stay?

Yes parents are welcome to stay to watch.

Do staff have working with children checks?

Yes all staff will have relevant checks completed.

What is the refund policy?

Please advise us in writing of your intention to cancel. A full refund will be issued . For cancellations within 14 days from the commencement of camp there will be a $25 admin/cancellation fee charged.

What is the behaviour policy?

ASC aims to provide a welcoming and safe environment on all camps, where will we foster positive and supportive learning and skill development. ASC is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all and everyone will be treated with respect and understanding at all time. To ensure that we provide a safe and supportive environment for all the following behaviour will be expected from all participants:
• Be respectful to all fellow participants treating them as they would like to be treated.
• Be respectful towards all staff and leaders by following and listening to all instructions
• Refrain from swearing, hurtful language, bullying and aggressive behaviour as this is not tolerated at our programs
• Be respectful towards other’s personal property and the camp facilities.

Are all abilities catered for?

Yes 100%. Should your child be new to the game or looking to further develop and progress our coaches will work with each individual to improve all aspects of their game.
